Each individual player is permitted to hold one account only at y9999. This one-account policy is strictly enforced. If y9999 identifies that a player holds more than one account — whether under the same name, same device, same payment method, or same IP address — all associated accounts will be suspended. Any bonuses claimed across multiple accounts will be forfeited, and the balance from duplicate accounts may be withheld pending investigation.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information associated with your y9999 account is accurate and up to date at all times. This includes your mobile number, payment account details, and any identity documents submitted for verification purposes. y9999 is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

All y9999 accounts are operated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). y9999 does not support multi-currency accounts. All displayed balances, bet amounts, bonus values, and withdrawal amounts are denominated in PKR.
y9999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Pakistani payment channels: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks. y9999 does not accept payments from payment methods registered in names other than the account holder's name.
The minimum deposit at y9999 is Rs 100 for most payment methods. Minimum deposit amounts may vary slightly by payment channel and are clearly displayed in the cashier section of your account before you initiate a transaction.
Withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within two minutes of request submission. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals are similarly fast. IBFT bank transfers are processed on the same business day in most cases, subject to receiving bank processing times. y9999 does not charge platform fees on standard withdrawals.
Players must have completed any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds before the bonus-derived portion of their balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Real-money deposits are withdrawable at any time subject to identity verification requirements being met. y9999 may request additional verification before processing large withdrawals.
y9999 does not accept deposits from, or process withdrawals to, payment accounts registered to a person other than the account holder. Any funds received from a third-party payment source may be refunded and the account suspended pending investigation.
All deposits made to y9999 must come from payment accounts held in your own name. Deposits from shared accounts or accounts belonging to another person are not permitted and may result in account suspension.

This bonus is available to newly registered players who have not previously held a y9999 account. The welcome bonus is credited automatically upon first deposit and is subject to the wagering requirements and conditions set out below.
All bonuses at y9999 are subject to wagering requirements, which are the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before it converts to withdrawable real-money funds. Sports betting wagers may contribute to bonus wagering at a defined rate per promotion. The contribution rates for each game category are specified in the individual promotion terms.

Actions that constitute bonus abuse include: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; using low-risk betting strategies such as equal-stake bets on all outcomes to artificially satisfy wagering requirements; exploiting errors or unintended combinations of promotions; and any other behaviour the y9999 team reasonably determines to constitute an attempt to exploit the bonus system rather than play for entertainment.
Where y9999 identifies bonus abuse, the platform reserves the right to remove the bonus, cancel any winnings derived from abusive play, close the account, and withhold any funds associated with the abusive activity.
All y9999 bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of crediting, after which any unclaimed or un-wagered bonus funds are removed from the account. Expiry periods are stated in each promotion's individual terms. Players are encouraged to check bonus expiry dates in their account bonus tracker.
y9999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to players via the platform. Players who have already claimed a promotion will have their existing terms honoured for that promotion cycle.

Each game at y9999 has defined minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed within the game interface before any bet is placed. It is the player's responsibility to review applicable bet limits before wagering. Bets placed outside the defined limits may be void.
In the event of a system error, technical fault, or game malfunction during a bet or spin at y9999, the round in question is declared void and all stakes are returned to the player's account. Winnings generated during a demonstrable malfunction are not valid and will not be paid out. y9999 makes every effort to resolve technical issues promptly and to communicate disruptions to affected players.
y9999 is not liable for losses arising from internet disconnections on the player's side during a game round. Live game rounds in progress at the time of a player-side disconnection will be completed by the dealer according to standard game rules. The resulting outcome will be applied to any open bets.
All bets accepted by the y9999 system are final once the betting window has closed. y9999 does not accept requests to cancel or reverse bets after the betting window for a round has closed, except in cases of verified platform malfunction.

Players who wish to close their y9999 account for any reason may contact the support team at any time. Where a player closes their account voluntarily and the account is in good standing, any remaining real-money balance will be paid out to the player's verified payment method after identity confirmation is complete.
An account is considered inactive after twelve consecutive months of no login or gaming activity. y9999 may apply a monthly inactivity fee to inactive accounts after written notice has been sent to the registered mobile number. Players can reactivate their account at any time by logging in.
